what is physical Fitness ?
Physical fitness refers to the ability of your body systems to work together efficiently so that you can stay healthy and perform activities of daily living. Being efficient means performing daily activities with the least amount of effort.
To do any work two things are required: Courage and Strength. Courage will come when you start trying and Strength will come when your body remains healthy. If your body is healthy then your mind will be more engaged in work otherwise you will always keep thinking about your diseases. As the saying goes, a healthy mind resides in a healthy body.
